Task observer

ARM’s ‘task observer’ course is designed to provide selected individuals (line managers/supervisors) with the skills to support their company driver training programme and the staff for whom they have responsibility.

The course runs over 2 days, with the option of a ½ day review a couple of months after the initial training date. The main course objectives are:

  • To provide relevant expertise to reinforce core training.
  • To enable individuals to make formal risk assessments.
