Online risk assessment
Safe Driving Plus is an interactive risk reduction system for commercial fleets, designed to change behaviour and reduce accidents and injuries.
Safe Driving Plus provides each individual driver with the information they need to stay safe and a personal action plan (User Action Report) to reduce their risks.
The online risk assessment module will help your organisation to reduce fleet-related risk and comply with your legal risk assessment requirements.
It will allow you to take a pro-active stance in addressing the needs of all your drivers, instead of reacting to incidents when it is too late.
This module includes:
- Driver risk
- Journey risk
- Vehicle risk
- Vehicle maintenance
- Driving comfortably
- Driver behaviour questionnaire
The User Action Report will identify a driver’s weaker areas and will ask them to commit to improve such areas in the future. For example, a driver answers that they rarely or never check their tyre pressure. Within the User Action Report they will be given ‘Best Practice Feedback’ on how often tyre pressure ought to be checked and will have the opportunity to commit to take on board and implement this advice.
Having completed the risk assessment, depending on risk, drivers can then continue to the e-learning module or be put forward for practical on-road training.
