Fleet risk management workshop

ARM’s Fleet risk management workshops provide training for all individuals with responsibility for managing those who drive a company vehicle (Directors, Senior Managers, Line Managers, Supervisors).

The workshop lasts for approximately 4 hours and can be delivered at any location in the UK.

Objectives:

  • To introduce managers to the basic concepts of proactive occupational road risk management.
  • To strengthen the understanding of those who ‘manage’ people who drive a company vehicle of the importance of safe driving practices and the implications of non-compliance.
  • To provide all management levels with the tools and knowledge to assemble, implement, maintain and measure road safety and loss control practices in line with corporate safety policy and international law.
