Marcus Noble
Managing Director
Marcus joined ARM in 2002 as a Business Development Executive. He has helped grow the business over the past five years and is well regarded as an accomplished Account Manager. Prior to joining ARM, Marcus was instrumental in developing and delivering 'diversionary courses' in partnership with various police authorities across the UK as part of the National Driver Improvement Scheme. Marcus has a degree in Business Studies and has the Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification.
Dave Abbott
Technical Director
Dave is a recognised expert in the occupational road risk field having been a pioneer of the driver training industry for the past 20 years. He has sat on EU committees and provided consultancy to various Government departments in relation to driver safety issues. He is a regular speaker at transport and risk management conferences and frequently quoted in the press. Dave is responsible for the technical standards and product development with the business.
Keith Vincent
Marketing Director
Keith joined ARM in 2006 as a Business Development Manager having previously worked with the business as a partner providing its services to his leasing clients. Since joining ARM he has brought in and developed a number of clients and has also been involved in 'white label' projects with major partners in the insurance and leasing industries. Prior to joining ARM, Keith spent over twelve years in car leasing, primarily within the Personal Leasing and ECO arena but ultimately dealing with large corporates. Keith is an active member of the senior management team with specific responsibility for marketing.
Andy Hawkes ACII
Director
Andy is also CEO of ARM’s parent company and brings to the company his insurance, marketing and risk management background.
