Once the Risk Assessment stage has been completed, again your dedicated consultant will review the results with you and agree the training required in the operational phase. We will look at a full cost benefit analysis to ensure the approach taken can be judged against clearly defined objectives.
It is vital to agree the logistics and the approach required. For instance, drivers may not have access to the internet to complete online training so we will look to deliver training in classroom sessions at times and locations convenient to your business.
Managing the on-road programme is essential as we recognise that this can cause significant impact on your business. We will look to minimise the downtime and where possible will fit into your schedules so weekend or evening sessions are possible.
